The plot offers many possibilities, with several landscaped areas, large trees (among others, redwoods and cedars of Lebanon), barbecue and three nice porches, space to play, swings and trampoline. There is a full bathroom attached to the house with access from the garden. The inside of the house is arranged on two floors. The main floor has a double-height entrance dispenser, from which you can access the huge living room with fireplace, a bedroom with bathroom and dressing room and the huge kitchen. Also in the entrance hall is the access staircase to the upper floor. Both the kitchen and the living room have direct access to the garden through their respective porches. There are a total of four bedrooms and two complete bathrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom, sun deck, and its own dressing room. All the bedrooms have a double bed. Some (see photos) also have a single bed. It is possible to adjust the number of single beds as needed, as in some bedrooms up to two twin and double beds could be located. We are open to your needs. The little ones will be able to safely enjoy the pool (fenced), the play area, with swings, trampoline, ping-pong table and foosball table. The pool (12x6 meters, with a fence to control the access of the little ones) will be available according to the season. The adults, with their barbecue, large garden with large trees, spacious house and the relaxation of its three porches. Other things to note The property is fully fenced, with its own parking inside the premises for 6 vehicles.
