The space The 60 sqm penthouse apartment is located on the second floor, has a bedroom with a double bed, an office/dressing room (passage room), a cozy living and dining area with a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The entrance hall leads to a modern daylight bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. The stairs cannot be secured, so it is not suitable for children up to about 5 years old! Guest access The row house consists of three tenants, all of whom use the same front door. The staircase leads to the separate apartments.
