Own garden with porch to enjoy The space The house has 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom with 2 single 90cm beds on the ground floor, a double room with 2 single 90cm beds and a small children´s bed on the first floor and the main room with a double bed of 1.60x2.00m. There are 3 fully equipped bathrooms. You can enjoy the sea view from the kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and microwave (also coffee maker, kettle, toaster and electric juicer). An outdoor patio separates the kitchen from the living room. The nice & large living room has amazing sea views and lots of natural light. It has warm and comfortable furniture with a corner sofa and dining area with 7 chairs. A large and pleasant outdoor porch next to the private garden can be accessed from the living room: with a corner sofa and a large eating table to enjoy long nice after lunchs. Guest access Each house within the housing development has a small private garden, as well as a large common pool and garden with amazing views of the cliff and sea. The pool has a lifeguard from June 15 to September 15. Other things to note The 2 rooms on the first floor have a ceiling fan on each one, which help to cool if necessary.
