There is an abundance of natural light and sea breezes from both floors. Families and groups of friends (no parties) are welcome at Dutchies. Dutchies has a dedicated rumpus/games room away from the bedrooms located downstairs (please note: there is no internal staircase). Dutchies is also pet-friendly with a fenced garden area and a short walk to off-leash Bagnalls Beach. Your stay at Dutchies includes linen and towels (please BYO beach towels). We also have AC to keep you cool in the communal areas (fan lights in bedrooms) and heating to keep you warm. Whatever the weather, you are sure to have a great stay, feel at home and make many happy memories. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property during their stay except for the garage and downstairs cleaners area. Please note: downstairs is located by an outside door e.g. not an internal staircase. This means you will need to go downstairs and round the side of the house to let your dog(s) into the backyard. Please consider this before booking. Other things to note Strictly - No party policy We operate a no party policy and permit a max of 6 people to stay and an additional 4 people to visit you on the premises during your stay (not stay overnight). Dog-friendly - but speak to us first please We are dog-friendly and ask that your dogs flea and tick treatment is up to date, that your dog is kept off the furniture and if your dog malts, you clean up the hair (there is a vacuum designed for pet hair, brush and mop on the premises). Our fence is suitable for small to medium dogs only. Larger dogs are welcome at your own risk. We ask that you please dispose of all dog waste (as this service is not included in the cleaning fee). We strongly discourage dogs being left on the premises for long periods of time unattended and can recommend a local dog walker and dog sitter if needed. Additional Cleaning Fee Dutchies is cleaned professionally by a local business. Excess cleaning such as the BBQ, oven, grill, microwave, etc, is subject to an additional cleaning fee (please advise us beforehand of this service request to enable the cleaner more time to clean between guests). Driveway We have a drive way that will fit 2 cars (behind each other) and parking on the street in front of the house for 2 cars. Please note: Some people may find the driveway steep (we are no 12 Irambang St if you would like to check maps). Firepit We have a firepit for guests use but you must check first to see if there is a fireban with NSW Gov. Garden Our garden is maintained by a local gardener. As we are surrounded by trees, there may still be leaves on the driveway and/or back garden during your stay. We ask that you take care as we are not responsible for any accidents that may occur due to the leaves. Accessibility warning There are no steps on the driveway and there are twelve steps up to the front door. This means Dutchies is not accessible for all.
