Roll-Art House offers accommodation to groups of 8 who want to enjoy the natural environment of great beauty of the area and/or share creative experiences. Roll-Art House is thought out: - As a different tourism offer for restless and/or creative families. - As active rural tourism. - As an artist residence. - As an alternative to groups of friends sharing concerns. The space Separate house consisting of a room for 8 people, a workshop room with kitchen, double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, terrace and garden. Full rental 170€day/8pax Check out weekend workshop prices: - Breakfast, Half Board or Full Pension. The living room is equipped with material for creative activities. Workshops or courses can be requested with a minimum of 3 people (10€/90 minutes/1pax). Roll-Art House is located in the Tera and Razon River Valley, called Soriana Switzerland. Surrounded by large grassy areas with oak forests, ash trees and poplars. Ideal to create interior landscapes and represent them. Pets are not allowed. Guest access The building consists of two houses, one of them is Roll-Art House and the other of the property. The garden and porch are common areas of the building. Other things to note The population where Roll-Art House is located is a small municipality of 40 censored neighbors. In summer, it multiplies due to the fresh climate of the area. The village only has a bar belonging to a neighborhood association but for public use; health care on Wednesdays, daily bread and weekly fruit and fish service. 4 km away is Valdeavellano de Tera, a regional center with 2 banks, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, etc.
