The Rising Tide plus Studio House is perfect for a large group as it can sleep up to 13, although ideally only if a few of the 13 are children. The main house has 3 bedrooms, two on the main floor and an upstairs loft with a private door that you have to go through one of the bedrooms to access. The studio house behind the main cottage has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa along with a private bathroom with a shower so it is great for a couple or small family to have their own space.
