Ideal for a couple’s getaway with plenty of restaurants, cafes & bars within walking distance. Sleeps 2 with 1 Queen Bed, car space and amazing views right over the beach, perfect for leisure & business. The space This open plan apartment has sweeping views across the pacific ocean. The moment you walk in you can see that deep blue from every window in the property. Guest access Entire apartment. Other things to note - Please note that check-in and check-out times are strict as it allows our cleaning team to have all houses ready for the next guest, early check-in (from 12pm) or late check-out (12pm) can sometimes be arrange - a $50 fee is required for both ($50 each). This needs to be arranged and paid for in advance as special arrangements do need to be organised. Please note that requests for early access on the day of check in will not be accepted. - Cancellation Policy is firm - We will show you 100% respect and we do ask that the same is shown to us, we are in a business where things come up and we will do our best to assist you and rectify any issues asap - We do have 4 small children 6 & under so we are not always available to take your call or respond to your message straight away but we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are also one of those families that travel around in our caravan and we love to get local knowledge on places, if you have a hidden gem you would like to share with us we would very much appreciate it - We have a welcome book in the house with some of our favourite things to do and places to eat and drink so be sure to check that out - On confirmation of your booking you will receive an email from us with everything you will need for your stay, please be sure to read over this email carefully as it will tell you everything - We are only able to provide one set of keys for each stay, we cannot issue a second set under any circumstance. ❖ Notice: Scaffolding Works: The building currently has external scaffolding in place, which may partially affect the view. All work is done during daytime hours and doesn’t affect access, safety, or comfort inside the apartment. I appreciate your understanding while these improvements are being completed.
