Apartment is based on 1st floor. Three very spacious bedrooms with double beds as well as a separate children's room, which is connected to one of the bedrooms, can accommodate up to 6 adults (+ 1 child/+1 baby). A stainless steel kitchen with separate pantry invites you to cook. An open living and dining area with TV offers space for hours together... Bedroom 1: Double bed Bedroom 2: Child room with crib (The children's room is accessible from bedroom 1! It has a window made of glass building blocks.) Bedroom 3: Double bed and crib Bedroom 4: Double bed At the BelVue apartment, 150 square meters are spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the lower floor of the apartment is a large living-dining area with an 8m long kitchenette and a large dining table, which offers enough space to eat, play and gather together. A sitting area with a TV complements the living area. There are also two bedrooms on the lower floor of the apartment. One bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a baby bed. The other bedroom is furnished with twin beds (90x200). In addition, there are two bathrooms on the lower floor. One bathroom is equipped with a toilet, double sink and freestanding bathtub. The second bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink. In the attic of the apartment, there are two more bedrooms with double bed (180x200) as well as an open relaxation area with two sofas. As this is a historic house, both the standing height of the attic and the staircase are not standardized and have no stair railings. Our vacation home is a historic property that does not meet today's building regulations. The apartment has a roof terrace. The roof terrace is equipped with plenty of seating, umbrella, charcoal grill and four sun-loungers. PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide bed linen and towels – please bring your own. Bed linen and towels can be booked directly with us on request at a price of €30/person. Please contact us directly for this. The historic office house is located in the island west - in the village of Petersdorf. Petersdorf is a manageable small place, with all the facilities you need for everyday needs: supermarkets (Edeka and Aldi), bakery, cafe, ATM, medical care, etc. With over 600 inhabitants, the place is not only one of the larger villages on the island, but also among the busiest thanks to numerous visitors. Petersdorf is close to the beaches of the Orther Reede and the beaches on the west coast of the island – (Orth 4.7 km, Lemkenhafen 4.7 km, Bojendorf 4.1 km).
