Bela Vista I - Lisbon Altstadt

Our charming Bela Vista I apartment has a private garden terrace, as well as a French balcony with beautiful views of a former palace courtyard. A lovingly restored old town apartment awaits you in an attractive and quiet location with all the amenities of a personal apartment. We realized our idea for Lisbon Old Town here with this old town house. The space The completely renovated apartment is on the 2nd floor of our Lapa old town house. The original staircase is steep and has no elevator. The stylishly furnished apartment has a private garden terrace, a living room with a French balcony and an unobstructed view of an old tree in a beautiful historic courtyard, flanked by an old palace with the typical tile decorations. Directly behind the living room with a small sofa bed (1.80 m x 0.75 m) is the small bedroom, a very nice bathroom with a large shower and an equipped kitchen. The apartment has beautifully sanded pine wood floors and polished stone surfaces. Normal arrival is possible between 2 pm and 10 pm. If the apartment is available, you are welcome to check in before 2 pm. If you arrive at the apartment after 10 PM, we kindly ask you to pay €20 late check-in service for your receptionist. You will receive the apartment keys upon arrival. Your friendly receptionist will be waiting for you and will show you the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment is at the full disposal of our guests. Other things to note Since the apartment is located in a normal residential building, we ask you not to celebrate noisy parties. Registration details 1722/AL
