The space Emerywood Guest Suite is a fully private, lower-level studio apartment located beneath the main house in High Point’s historic, tree-lined Emerywood neighborhood. Guests have their own separate entrance and complete privacy throughout their stay. Inside, the layout is simple, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged: – Queen bed located in an open bedroom area connected to the living space – Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu ready to use – High-speed WiFi for streaming or remote work – Mini-fridge with freezer section, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishware, and utensils – Complimentary K-cups provided – Full bathroom with walk-in shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries Guests access the suite by walking down a flight of exterior stairs to the private entrance. Street parking is free, safe, and available directly in front of the home. The suite is ideally located within walking distance of local restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops, and only minutes from Downtown High Point and High Point University. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire lower-level suite. The entrance is completely separate from the main house, ensuring privacy throughout your stay. – Self check-in through the keypad; your personal code will be sent on the day of arrival – Access the suite by walking down the exterior stairs to the private entrance – Free and safe street parking is available directly in front of the home – Hosts live in the main house above the suite and are available if you need anything, but your space remains fully private Other things to note – Heating and cooling are controlled by the owners upstairs; please message anytime if you'd like the temperature adjusted – Netflix and Hulu are pre-logged in on the TV; if you sign into additional apps, please log out before checkout – An exterior security camera is located at the front of the main house facing outward; no cameras are inside the guest suite – Two friendly dogs live on the property. They may be in the fenced backyard but are always supervised and do not access the guest suite or guest entrance areas – No pets allowed (guest pets) – No smoking anywhere on the property – No parties or events – Maximum of 2 guests – Hosts live on-site in the main house above the suite, but the space remains fully private with a separate entrance
