Projection room, pool and foosball room, sauna and jacuzzi await you to make your stay exceptional. At the foot of a hiking trail and a stone's throw from the GR34, you will enjoy all the advantages of walks in the heart of nature or on the coastal trail. At the crossroads of tourist sites, the Crozon peninsula, the Menez-Hom or the Pointe du Raz await you! The space In a chic country atmosphere, you can enjoy the large spaces of the renovated Estate while preserving the historic structures of the farm's germinator. At its ends are two cottages, separated by a common room. In the Agoat gîte, you will find: The ground floor houses a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a 16 m2 bedroom equipped with a king size bed, a dressing room and a reading area and finally, a PMR bathroom and toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a work table, a bathroom and separate toilet. The indoor common room consists of two levels: The ground floor of the common room is equipped with a pool table, table soccer and an arcade terminal. As for the upstairs, you can enjoy the library and projection area to watch or rewatch your favorite movies. The outdoor relaxation area is shared by both cottages. You will find an open-air area equipped with a sauna, spa and solarium accessible 24 hours a day. Guest access From the garden and the fully equipped and private 20 m2 terrace, enjoy a moment of calm in privacy. You will also have an unfenced common green space with a play area for children. Private parking is free and common to both cottages. Other things to note The Domaine's plus: possibility to rent your paddle boards on site for 1/2 day, 1 day or 1 week.
