This is a mid sized single room in a 3 bedroom penthouse loft apartment. The room has its own private bathroom. The space Located Zion Close in River Valley, 100 metres from Great World City Guest access The condominium has a gym and pool that guests may use. During your stay You’ll have your own privacy and space. If you have any questions on the neighbourhood or singapore I’ll be happy to help you. Other things to note I keep the place very clean and neat. I prefer a guest who also appreciates that and is also very clean and tidy. Also, for cleanliness, I would prefer a guest who doesn't want to cook in my place. I hope that's OK.
