Rental unit in Lisbon

Private room with balcony and private bathroom next to the room. The bed is a double bed of 170 * 200, which can be separated into two single beds, if the client prefers. The room has a lockable door. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a lift. The neighborhood is in a quiet area, with gardens, pastry shops and restaurants with terraces, which close at midnight. The street is served by buses and the nearest metro is a 5-minute walk away (metro dos Anjos). Easy parking. The space The bedroom is inserted in a 4 bedroom apartment, equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your breakfast or another meal, living room and dining room with television, terrace, where you can enjoy the sun, or take your meals under the awning , and two full bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. Guest access Equipped kitchen, living room and dining room with television. During your stay I am available to clarify any queries or needs of guests prior to booking. It is with pleasure that I receive guests, I check in in person and provide information about the accommodation, neighborhood and city of Lisbon. I inform you that Portuguese law requires formal identification of all guests (Passport for non-EU citizens and citizen card for EU citizens), through the Accommodation Bulletin. The guest can do it through a link sent by me, 24 hours before the reservation starts or in person at the time of check-in. I ask guests for information about the time of arrival at the accommodation and also the flight number, so that I can manage my schedule, as the guest cannot contact me if the flight is delayed and I can always check when the flight lands through the ANA system airport.
