This property is a newly refurbished studio ensuite nestled in a 200 year old farm house. Accessed through private french doors opening directly onto a lovingly tended garden, this room is in the ideal location for easy access to both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. Just on the outskirts of Kendal this room is less than 15 minutes from the M6 and only a two minute walk from the nearest supermarket whilst feeling secluded down a quiet farm lane. The space This open plan room has full underfloor heating, wifi and tv. Bistro style chairs and a table are provided for you to enjoy the garden and summer sun when you aren't exploring the lake district. There is a comfy double bed and sofa bed in the room, perhaps ideal for two adults and a child. We cannot provide a cot but there is ample space if you would like to bring your own. Dining ware, a kettle and milk cooler are all provided for breakfasts, teas and coffees, however there is no kitchen. We can also provide secure bike storage, clothes-drying facilities and local maps on request. Guest access There is a private car parking spot at the end of the garden for one vehicle.
