Բարի գալուստ Երևան։ The space The apartment on the 4th floor of a eleven-story building is sunny, bright and new renovated with studio style, equipped with new appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, TV, telephone). Being located in the Small center makes transportation easier. The locality is equipped with the necessary social, household and food points. In spite of being located in the active downtown of Yerevan, the apartment is in a very peaceful area and surrounded by parks. You can walk from the active downtown to the peaceful one in 5 minutes. The apartment has a safe, iron door. The coded system of porch door makes the entrance of foreigners impossible. Guest access Fully renovated, comfortable apartment is equipped with kitchen and other necessary accessories. If your reservation is for 10 days and you are interested in the secrets of Armenian cuisine and want to learn to cook Armenian dishes, we will organize for you (free) master class. You can enjoy Armenian dish made by yourself in your apartment during that master class (depending on your preferences). In case of 15-day booking, we can organize it twice on the most suitable days for you. Restroom is clean (with towels, hygiene accessories, hairdryer) and has massage shower cabin, which will give rest to your tired body after trip. The availability of washing machine gives you an opportunity to have lighter suitcase. Bedroom has comfortable bed for 2 people. Also clean bedding's will be provided. You will have a chance to rest peacefully in the end of each exciting day. A comfortable sofa can be used as a bed for third person. The apartment has hot and cold water, heating system, air conditioner, cable TV, home telephone (for emergency calls and contacting us), an unlimited internet that will keep you updated and keep you connected with your loved ones and the world. If you stay with us more than 10 days we will  arrange your free transportation from airport to home and the opposite way,  organize memorable trip to famous Geghard monastery complex and Garni, where you will have an opportunity to taste hot lavash (you also will see the process of making traditional lavash in tandoor) and incredible gata of Geghard. We can arrange the necessary additional paid services for you to get rid of excessive organizational burdens. If needed, we can help with advice or arrange excursions (compared to your preferences) in a convenient (Lexus 330 rx ) car to make your visit unique and unforgettable.
