Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host. The space Situated at the front of our house, the guest suite is a private suite consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom, a breakfast kitchenette and an outdoor sitting area on a shared front veranda. This suite has an independent entrance. The bedroom has 1 queen bed. The room has ample wardrobe space, a small table and two comfortable chairs, and TV. The room is light and the french glass doors open onto veranda that overlooks the front garden. Guest access You will have access to the independent suite and will not need to share any space except the verandah. The suite is attached to the house I live in and I am there if you need anything. However you will be totally independent with your own entrance to your suite. Other things to note 1. A fold-away single bed and also a port-a-cot are available but you must request these as they are not normally stored in the guest suite. 2. Please note: number of guests include adults and children over 2years of age,. There is no charge for infants less than 2 years old. 3. Although the suite you will be staying in is totally independent with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette, it is attached to the main house where I live with my daughter. You are not renting the whole house, just the whole guest suite/apartment. 4. Please note you need to expect normal household noise levels as we also live on these premised and, although we are not noisy people, the noise of closing doors, squeaky floorboards or kitchen utensils and appliances may be experienced.
