Project Southtown...a work in progress!

We have character! This hip old loft has seen skating's best, including TONY HAWK TWICE! Thanks to Scheels, we have a NEW batting cage and golf simulator! The space We just added a batting cage and 30K+ golf courses to our famous skatepark for your healthy entertainment, and if you book with us it is FREE for you to enjoy! The area is an inner city location and there is some street noise, but we are only 5 or 10 minutes to everything in town including the Scheels Sport Park! We also have a large pollinator space out back that is peaceful, and a good place to cook out. There is a fire pit, a grill and several picnic tables for you to use. If you need more space or privacy, there are 3 spaces for you to choose from with their own kitchens and baths. The one you are looking at, "Work in Progress", has six very comfy beds, and it is the most luxurious and historic. "Expand", is a two bedroom, and "Express" has 1 comfy Queen bed. All spaces have access to the Skatepark, Golf Simulator and Batting Cage. Book all three to bring the whole team, or mix and match to fit your needs. Check out these additional links below... They also have access to the new Batting cage, Golf simulator and Skatepark located on the first floor below the Airbnb's! These are all closed to the public when guests are staying, unless you want to share and open them up!!! All living/sleeping spaces are completely private, with only a shared exit. Guests are welcome to use our gardens, dog walks and BBQ grills. There is also a firepit, picnic tables and a black razzberry patch out back. You will have a free run on almost a half city block that is commonly described as an "Oasis" or "Diamond in the Rough"! Other things to note There are 2 other available apartments that adjoin the main space via an enclosed porch. One or both can be rented to provide more space and privacy! Both have full baths and very comfortable beds. Skateboard1 or "Express" has a beautiful 5 burner gas stove and oven, and Skateboard 2 or "Expand" has a big toaster oven, microwave and full sized fridge.
