House located in a quiet area, close to all amenities (8 min from Mazerolles where there is a butcher, hairdresser, beautician, Vival, pharmacy, doctors, gas station...); and 10 km from Sauvagnon where there is a Casino Supermarket and a gas station. Breathtaking views of the Pyrenees Atlantiques mountain range. Plunging view of Lake Bournos. 4 km walk accessible to all at Lake Ayguelongue, located 7 km from the house. The space 90 m² house with sheltered main entrance. Wood-burning stove, open kitchen to dining/living room. Bright room. View of the shaded garden (2400 m² of land). Access to the swimming pool (1.20 m deep) through the dining room or one of the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with bathrooms and dressing rooms. Other things to note A security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival of guests, €150 will be withheld if cleaning has not been done before leaving the premises. Since this is my place of residence, I use my room when there is only one room booked. For a second bedroom, an additional €38 will be requested, and for each additional person, an additional €10 will be payable. The accommodation upon arrival will be clean and tidy and I want it to remain so upon departure, in which case I will ask you for a cleaning fee upon departure. Thank you for understanding.
