Welcome to Callantsoog's first vacation home! In a prime location located directly on dunes less than 5 minutes walking from the beach and behind the cozy village square. The cozy cottage is fully and tastefully furnished and has a large private garden with terrace on the southwest. The space Cozy cozy living room. Simple but fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower, a separate toilet Two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double box spring bed (width 1.60m, length 2m), the other bedroom has a bunk bed (length 2m). Both bedrooms have a sink. The total living area is 55 m2. Large garden with lots of privacy on the sunny terrace behind the house, located on the dunes! Guest access The detached holiday home has its own entrance, parking space and large garden with sunny terrace. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE! - In the peak season (27-6 to 4-9 and 10-10 to 30-10), the house is only rented per week and arrival and departure is only possible on FRIDAYS. - Because the living room is relatively small and one of the two bedrooms has a bunk bed, the house is NOT suitable for 4 adults. - The house does not have central heating, but a well-functioning gas heater in the living room and electric heater in the bathroom. - The price INCLUDES: tourist tax and bed linen. - Tea towels, hand soap and dish soap are provided. - Shower towels, shampoo and shower gel are NOT provided. - Dogs are welcome, up to two. - No smoking indoors.
