Villa Marfo

Villa Marfo is situated on the island of Syros and more specifically in Finikas picturesque area, 11 klm from Ermoupolis, with wonderful sea views, the Finikas' yacht marina and of the islands of Sifnos, Serifos and Kithnos on the west. The space ******** Villa Marfo's main House is 250 square meters, consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are master bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms , the third bedroom has 2 single beds and the fourth bedroom has one single bed. There is a large living room and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a third bathroom, a fireplace and air conditioning . In total this house can accommodate from 2 to 7 persons. ******** The Studio on the 1st floor is 80m2 and hosts 2-3 visitors. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom and a cosy living room with a sofa which opens up to accommodate one more person .The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a fireplace and air conditioning . -------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- All rooms are equipped with linen and towels included in the rental price. The house provides a washing machine and iron. Cleaning service is provided at an additional cost if requested by the client on a daily basis, the once a week cleaning fee is inclusive, there is a choice of a cook at a daily basis upon request and prior notice to the owner. The large veranda has a breathtaking view with an opportunity to dine outdoors while relaxing and enjoying the blue Aegean Sea. Guest access The island can be reached by boat on a 2 hour and 45 minute trip or by plane on a 20 minute flight. Villa Marfo can provide you with a private driver at an extra cost.
