Our spacious townhouse in Cypress Pointe is the perfect place for your next getaway to Gainesville. Offering 3 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. This home also features a few different outdoor spaces to kick back and enjoy the Florida weather, including a community pool! Conveniently located off of Interstate 75, making it easy to get to restaurants, entertainment or the many nature parks in the area. *Occupancy is 6 people max* The space This cute condo is conveniently located right across from the complex pool! Upon entering the home, guest will see a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to whip up a yummy meal. We have recently purchased new living room sofa's that house a full sized bed for those with larger groups. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a bathroom where guests can sprawl out and get cozy! Please enjoy our back porch and listen to the sounds of nature as you kick back with a good book. Lastly, our washer and dryer are open to guests and is located off the back porch. The key is on the fridge. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit. Guests will not be sharing homes or rooms with other guests. There is one locked closet that guests will not have access to - we keep extra supplies and tools in this closet. Other things to note This location is under 5 minutes from the Oaks Mall and local restaurants. Under 15 minutes to the University of Florida campus and its teaching hospitals. And about 20 minutes from the Gainesville Regional Airport. EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN Guests should know that we can sometimes accommodate early check-in times or later check-out times. Please message via the messaging system to inquire further. We do ask for a $50 service fee for adjusting the check-in or check-out time.
