The apartment has a balcony with patio furniture where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a glass of wine, while enjoying the amazing picturesque view of the sunset setting in on the beautiful Xlendi bay that will certainly take your breath away. From the terrace you can see all of Xlendi, from the valley, to the cliffs and the clear blue Mediterranean sea. The apartment is located within a very quiet area, yet few minutes walk away to the hustle and bustle. Guest access The guest can enjoy the roof top bbq area with deck chairs, patio furniture and gorgeous views of Xlendi bay, sea, cliffs and valley. Other things to note In June 2016, the Maltese government introduced an environmental fee of €0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. The contribution is payable by all tourists. Those under 18 years of age are exempt of this fee. This fee is collected in cash upon arrival. In Winter heating is provided through a gas heater and a full tank of gas will be provided at your arrival. The gas tanks can be replaced upon request at a charge of 20 euro. Please note that there is construction works going in the nearby vicity, so there can be some noise from time to time and on certain days. Unfortunately we do not have control over this.
