The apartment consists of a cozy first floor room and a bedroom with bathroom in the bright basement, which also contains a large window. Both rooms are connected by an internal staircase. The living room with high ceilings and stucco offers plenty of space. The beautiful, modern kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave and dishwasher allows for good self-catering. The space The apartment is a NON-SMOKING apartment. The landlord asks that this be strictly observed in the interests of all guests. Partys are not allowed. Towels & bed linen as well as bath mats and dish towels are included in the price per person for bookings made after June 1, 2022. If you bring your own laundry (e.g. due to allergies), we ask for a brief consultation before booking. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor and in the basement. Both rooms have large windows and are connected by an internal staircase. For weekend bookings, the company parking lot directly at the house can be used free of charge from Friday evening to Monday morning. On weekdays, there is free or paid parking in the neighborhood. Other things to note The two rooms are openly connected and are separated by the stairs. The overnight price already includes the accommodation tax of 5%, which we are obliged to pay.
