The student's lodging in Padua , Room 1

Welcome to Padua the shortest way to Venice ! 4,5 km from Padua city center. Very good as a temporary place for students looking for an appartment. We offer a room in our house. Good also for cyclists or travellers with an auto. Good place for temporary single workers in need of a place in Padua for a few days. Bathroom to be shared. Kitchen also but we have to agree the time. For cat lovers, we have a cat and a small quiet dog. Host can speak English and other languages. The space Single house, very close to services, bars, restaurants and a shopping center. Double-room very comfortable and luminous. Use of the bathroom in the floor. Use of the kitchen in the evening at agreed time. Internet . Air - conditioning. Very close to Abano and Montegrotto thermal stations, by car. Bus stop in front of the house. We can speak English and Spanish and we can understand some German and Portuguese and Russian. Free parking place in front of the house. The house is very comfortable and handy to the services. People from all over the world are welcome. Perfect for travellers with a car. In the spring and summer seasons you can enjoy the nice garden and the balcony. But mind mosquitos and chicks. Guest access Guests can access their rooms, the kitchen and the bathroom.. Since kitchen is used also by us and may be other guests we agree the time on arrival. Smokers are not allowed in the house, eventually you can smoke outside. Also drinking alcol is not allowed. Guests can use their room, bathroom upstair, kitchen at agreed times but only for people staying at least one week. They can access the balcony and the garden. In summer after sunset there can be mosquitos outside. No shoes in the house. So please take flip flops or indoor shoes. During your stay I’ m happy to answer any questions, I’m most of the time in the house or you can contact me via sms or messenger. Other things to note There is no central heating. There are a few heaters in the house and each room is equipped with it's individual heater and air conditioner. We have a small dog and a cat, they are very friendly. Since recently storms can be very strong before leaving your room for long time please close your windows. Excessive garbage could be charged. If you want an hotel this is not the place for you.
