SeaBreeze has 3 levels and is located right in the heart of McCrae village, a short walki to McCrae beach, cafes, children's playground & yacht club. The beach is only 50m from the house, accessible by pedestrian crossing. Sleeping up to 8 people the home can accommodate 1 or 2 families with 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas spread over multiple levels with indoor & outdoor entertaining areas. Unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and cooling, digital TVs, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The space You will need to supply your own sheets, pillow cases and towels and tea towels during your stay. Pillows & doonas supplied. Downstairs room with three beds has one king single bed and one set of single bunks**. Queen beds x 2 King bed x 1 ** Bunk beds are only suitable for children/teenagers — not for use by adults. This property is registered with the Mornington Peninsula Shire and guests must comply with the provided code of conduct. This property must be left clean & tidy at departure. No pets, parties, schoolies and no smoking inside. The house is professionally cleaned after each guest. Guest access You will have full access to the house and garage. You can park your car in the garage during your stay if you wish. Other things to note Please be aware NO MORE than 6 ADULTS per booking.
