This spacious studio apartment is part of Villa NaJoSa, located on the hill in secluded small village Las Brenas, far from the tourists and nightlife in a very safe, friendly neighborhood, 15 min drive from golden beaches of Papagayo, 5 min drive to black beach, 10 min drive to Playa Blanca. Huge private garden offers stunning views of the Atlantic ocean as well as Timanfaya Volcano. Amazing sunsets! It is wheelchair accessible with parking directly in front of the private entrance. The space Villa NaJoSa is located on the hill in Las Brenas on the south side of Lanzarote. This secluded village is far from the tourists and nightlife. There is only one good restaurant/bodega. The closest Supermarket is in Yaiza, the oldest and most beautiful village on the island, 5 min drive. The nearest shopping, restaurants, bars and nightlife are in town of Playa Blanca, only 10 min drive. There are no stairs, making it ideal for wheelchairs and strollers. The pool can be used ONLY if the Pool Apartment is not booked. The garden is completely private - they are only disturbed when the plants are watered (approximately twice a week). The walls surrounding the property offer complete privacy, but do not obstruct the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Timanfaya volcano. Look forward to breathtaking sunsets.
