(May be in use by others). Linen provided but not towels. New build extension to side of property ground floor lounge and single bedroom available. The space GROUND FLOOR - Front porch. Entrance hall. Utility room with w.c. wash basin, washing machine. Shower room. Open plan kitchen/diner. Lounge. 1 single bedroom. Separate annex may be available with louge bar,double bedroom, bathroom and patio. Oil fired central heating. Fully fitted kitchen. FIRST FLOOR - 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 single bedroom. Family bathroom, large landing.. Large gardens with seating and BBQ area. OUTSIDE - Large gardens all around property backing onto farmland. Long private driveway and ample parking for 4/5 cars. Patio / BBQ / Garden table benches. New extesion with ground floor lounge and single bedroom available. Guest access All spaces except out buildings . New extension bedroom 6 not availble yet. Outbuildings and farm machinery are used by owner and may be accessed during daylight hours. Note the driveway is shared access for annex, park on grass if more space required. Annex available at extra cost. There is an enclosed fenced off area for pets. Other things to note Recommend; Go on steam train Holt to Sheringham day ticket. Seal trip from Blakeney or Morston 3 miles Walk to beach 1/2 mile. walk to heath 1/2 mile up hill. Best sandy beaches- Holkham bay - Wells - Sheringham Cley bird sanctuary 1 mile west Salthouse pub DUN COW Cookies crab sea food shop in village. Local village shop Pheasant hotel restaurant 2 miles east Blakeney hotel restaurant Pie pub in Warham 6 miles west very basic traditional pub. Local church - also short cut to shop. Best shopping Holt 3 miles or sheringham 4 miles. Small supermarket in Blakeney open late. At night take a torch it gets dark. Mobile phone signals are poor. DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE TOWELS all other linen provided. NO SMOKING. NO DOGS UPSTAIRS OR ON FURNITURE. ANY PROBLEMS REPORT NOW - NOT AFTER YOU HAVE LEFT.
