The space The accommodation is located on the second floor of a two-story townhouse, which is accessed via a private staircase (the ground floor is used occasionally by the owner). The apartment consists of a bedroom with two single beds (sleeps 2), a bathroom with a shower, and an additional double bedroom, which leads to the terrace, where there is a kitchenette. From the terrace, you can also enjoy a panoramic view of the bay of Mazzaforno and Cefalù. Guest access Guests have access to the residence's facilities, such as parking and pedestrian access to the beach, which can be reached in just a few minutes. Inside the residence, there is a fully equipped communal swimming pool, which is open from June 15 to September 15, subject to any maintenance work beyond the host's control. Other things to note Mandatory accommodation cleaning fee of €80 at the end of the stay, to be paid at the time of check-in.
