The space This newly renovated unit (January 2020) has new paint, carpet and all new appliances including microwave, cooking range and stove, fridge, dishwasher and its own full size washer and dryer. Home has all the essentials you'll need for a comfortable short or long term stay including: high speed internet, 40" HDTV with Roku (Amazon Prime, Netflix), office desk and plenty of extra blankets, extra sheets, towels, etc. Just bring your clothes and personal belongings! While the Host is new to AirBnB, the Co-Host managing the unit is an AirBnb Superhost (Roger Allstar) with over 200 5-star reviews. There is NO-SMOKING (including marijuana) allowed inside the home. We prefer non-smoking guests. Marijuana may be smoked outdoors on the patio or yard. Cigarette smoking is not permitted on the Quadplex property. Out of courtesy for our guests, NO-PETS are allowed.
