Spacious single house (115 m2) Living/dining room. Open equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms, baby cot, changing table, high chair, booster seat available. Two bathrooms with bath and shower. 700 m2 plot with 40 m2 wooden terrace. Our house is located in Marzan, which is 5 minutes from La Roche Bernard (a small town with character), 30 minutes from the "favorite village of the French" (Rochefort-en-Terre) and 12 minutes from the beach. Other things to note Cat & Chickens: We leave a little resident behind us. Plume is our cat, she is very cuddly and nice. At night she sleeps in the garage or outside. You'll have to replenish her bowl of water and kibble. We also have two chickens. You can enjoy the eggs. In return, you will have to give them seeds once a day.
