There is a one time $44 fee per vehicle per stay to get inside that you will have to pay upon entrance. This is a HOA rule that we have no control of. 3 sandy beach areas around the lake to swim, fish, kayak, paddle board, boat, picnic, or just relax and enjoy the view. 18 hole public golf course, community swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, archery , newly renovated restaurant (The Grill) that overlooks the golf course and so much more! Hiking trails near campground and Big Creek trails (dogs on leash ok). No dogs allowed at lake, marina or other beaches. 7 minute walk down to the lake. Home located above the marina and main beach. 1 hour drive to Yosemite Valley! Marval Market (grocery store) is 5 minute drive outside main PML gate. Best place to get your groceries and any other supplies. Many restaurants, shops, and places to visit in downtown Groveland. Quick 5 minute drive from the home. 18 hole golf course, swimming pool and PML restaurant (The Grill) are a 5 minute drive away. All located in PML community. Home owner has a small dog. *Potential allergy issues for some renters. One time $44 per car fee (HOA rule) NO DOGS or pets allowed in home. NO smoking or drugs allowed in or around home. If cigarette/marijuana smell is present after check-out, entire security deposit will not be refunded. If additional guests stay during reservation, please notify home owner. Max. of 6 guests. May be able to accommodate 1-2 additional guests upon request before booking reservation. Each additional guest will be an extra $40/night. If owner is not aware of additional guests prior to check in, additional charges will be added through Airbnb. We are not responsible for power outages throughout the year. Power may go out due to extreme weather, wildlife or unknown occurrences. No refunds will be given after booking or because of power outage. We are not responsible for weather (heat, snow, wildfires, etc.) I do not supply beach towels, beach chairs, paper towels, napkins, or laundry detergent.
