The private garden is walled off with outdoor furnishings & braai, therefore pet friendly - by arrangement. Close proximity to Hobart shopping centre. Close to St Stithians College, Bryanston High Primary Schools, as well a Bryaneven School, and central to Fourways Mall and Sandton City, Montecasino, Sandton Mediclinic. The space The cottage shares the same entrance as the main property. It has a separate carport that can park 2 cars. From the carport, the cottage has it's own separate entrance, and is completely contained, with own private garden, which provides a safe space for children to play in. Laptop workspace provided. There is full WiFi, and Openview TV. The garden is attended to weekly. There is a Webber braai by the patio. Full, spacious kitchen. Fresh Linen provided weekly. Washing machine in the cottage. A weekly clean is provided for a 7 day stay. Light cleaning can be provided at an extra cost. There is 24hour armed response. Guest access We share a driveway, and the cottage and garden is completely contained and separate from the Main house, situated behind the garage of the Main House. Very private and quiet. You will be provided with your own set of keys to access the property. Other things to note With the current load shedding in South Africa, we have an inverter to keep the Wi-Fi on, as well as to enable recharging of devices. There is a washing machine in the cottage and complimentary washing soap available. The borehole on the property ensures buckets of water are available in the event water is shut off! Only checked in guests allowed on the property unless pre-arranged. No parties allowed.
