A few minutes walk from central Bude and beaches

The Annex is a secluded and spacious one bedroom bungalow, which is ideally situated within an easy five minute walk to the sandy beach, coastal walks and the local shops of Bude town centre. There is a pub at the end of the road and a choice of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The space The Annex has a well equipped, newly refurbished and spacious kitchen which includes an American style fridge freezer with ice maker and a washing machine, with an accommodating dining area to the side. The main living area comprises of a comfortable lounge with a TV. From the lounge there is a door which leads to the bedroom, this has a comfortable king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The newly refurbished bathroom is equipped with a large walk in shower, vanity units housing the large sink and a WC, there is also a shaver socket. From the lounge there is access down three steps to the sunny decked area and then on to the lawn in the private garden, where you will find garden furniture to enjoy the sun or some alfresco dining. There is no need to be out of touch during your stay as we include free Wi-Fi. Dogs are welcome and the Annex is strictly no smoking inside the building.
