Our carefully renovated 38 m2 vacation rental is located near CHÂTEAU-GONTIER-SUR-MAYENNE and 30 min from LAVAL. Come and have a quiet stay and enjoy our natural setting. The atmosphere is bucolic because the cottage is surrounded by meadows offering a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The maisonette consists of a living room of 20m2 . The kitchen is located above a mushroom production cellar with floor glass to observe their growth (visible in fall until late spring.) You can also enjoy the wood burning stove located in the living room. A wooden crate is provided upon arrival. The accommodation also consists of an equipped kitchen. A bathroom, 6m2 toilet equipped with an 80x140 walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a towel dryer. The 12m2 mezzanine bedroom offers you a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. The decoration is authentic and consists of elements such as antique cheekbones, the sheepfold doors transformed into kitchen furniture add a touch of history and charm. At all times you can enjoy our 25m2 covered outdoor terrace with views of the surrounding countryside. A hiking trail starts directly from the gite to explore the surrounding area. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer several carefully prepared MEAL PACKAGES, based on local and seasonal products. OPTION to request when you book. Other things to note At the Bucolic Break, you can enjoy nature, calm and the simplicity of the place allows travelers to reconnect with the essentials. Here there is no television but the gîte has Wi-Fi access that also allows you to telecommute in a relaxing place.
