Delightful three bedroomed "farmhouse", just 700m from the village of Waddington with it's delightful three pubs, and just 2 miles from market town of Clitheroe. Perfect base for exploring Forest of Bowland (AONB), and we are close to wedding venues Eaves hall, Bashall Barn. Large open plan kitchen and dining area. Lovely enclosed back garden area. Super fast WI-FI The space Built in 1780 Guest access Our property is essentially rural yet only 700meters walk to village of Waddington (well lit path). It is opposite Waddington and West Bradford primary school so there is traffic during pick up times of 9am and 3pm in term time. The Healings plot does stretch back but the area is old piggeries and no longer in use. There is parking for at least two vehicles though, and we will give access to the garage for storage of bikes. At either side of the property there are public footpaths, you can be in Clitheroe town in a 20 minute walk via Brungerly Bridge. Ideal area for biking too. Gisburn forest is a prime mountain biking area just 15 minutes away. Waddington Fell is excellent also. Other things to note There is Waddington and west Bradford primary school opposite so traffic can be busy at school pick up times, (9am and 3pm)
