We chose our interior decorations to be modern, yet simple, to provide our guests exactly what they need for their stay. FAQ 1. Do you take long term guests? Yes we do! We have people staying from 3 weeks up to a year or longer. 2. What is the layout of this room? This is a 1-bedroom, 1 full bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and refrigerator. 3. What is the size of this unit? Its about 300 sf -- its an ADA unit so its a little smaller of a space 4. Are there any other charges for utilities etc? Utilities, internet, cable are all included in the price 5. Is there laundry on site? Yes, there are coin-op washer and dryer downstairs in the building. 6. What is the building nearby? We are a 5 minute drive from Danbury Hospital, and within walking distance from C-town supermarket. PET POLICY: We LOVE dogs and all animals and recognize their importance to our families. That being said, the property cannot accommodate any pets at this time. PLEASE NOTE: The building owners will be adding additional units to the property in the coming months. Once construction begins, work will take place during standard daytime office hours. There may be some construction activity and occasional noise during those hours. There will be no work overnight.
