STAY RATES: HOUSE 15 PLACES Weekend: €600 Week: €1500 SINGLE ROOM Weekend: €60 Week: €210 DOUBLE ROOM (there are 2) Weekend: €110 Week: €330 ROOM 4-5 PLACES Weekend: €160 Week: €490 5-PERSON STUDIO Weekend: €230 Week: €640 My house is composed as follows: • GROUND FLOOR: - Large living room area of 50 m², particularly friendly, with kitchen and table seating up to 16 guests. It overlooks two landscaped outdoor terraces, one of which is fully covered: south-facing, overlooking the river and sheltered from the acacias; as well as a courtyard with access to the main street. - Laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, toilet • 1ST FLOOR: - Separate bathroom and toilet - A refuge-type room with 2 double beds on the mezzanine (with mini climbing wall and slide!) and single bed or sofa (overlooking the street). - Independent studio or not: 40 m², sleeps 5, balcony & stunning views of the river and mountains. Access to the studio by two stairs (independent interior or exterior): One double bed + two beds in mezzanine, (one single and one double), dining area: mini oven, microwave oven, sink and two gas hobs, dishes; living area, shower, toilet, fridge; washing machine. - My room; (I specify that I live in my house all year round). People appreciate my attention and discretion but also a joie de vivre and my advice on nature and activities. I appreciate meeting and discovering people from different regions, professions and passions! Staying with a local (and not in an empty home 80% of the year) is a simple and very eco-friendly gesture that reduces the housing crisis: it's Airbnb's great starting idea. • 2ND FLOOR: - Two bedrooms with either two single beds or a double bed depending on the guests, one with a sink. - A single bedroom - Toilets Upstairs bedrooms with tea/coffee area & kettle. Linens provided for stays of one week or more. (Toilet on each of the three floors of the house. Bathrooms on the 1st floor and studio). BRING your SHEETS for WEEKENDS. The exteriors are composed of the courtyard with a large table and two terraces overlooking the living room, but also a garden at the bottom; each place with bench corners and coffee table where you will be lulled by the sound of the water. Immediate access to the river is via the vegetable garden/orchard below! SAUNA and NORDIC BATH according to host availability / not systematic; €50. (Minimum eight hours of heating for the bath). The house is renovated with the idea of recycling and reusing certain objects as best as possible: reusing old beams, converting an old garage door into a large table or a workshop shelf into a bench, using an old cast iron stove as decoration, using old glazed restaurant panels to make an awning or a greenhouse, reviving pretty furniture, making furniture yourself with abandoned materials and wood from a local sawmill or the house, using objects purchased from solidarity companies, highlighting certain finds acquired during different trips.
