The space We live in a lovely quiet area, with three great parks within walking distance. We are also close to the Walthamstow marshes and wetlands, a beautiful open space for long walks and wildlife spotting. It's a home from home suitable for families but please note there isn't a stairgate nor are there safety catches on cupboard doors etc. We're very close to shops and restaurants, and about 15 minutes' walk from the cinema, bars and restaurants. Central London is 20 minutes away via the Victoria line tube or head out to Shoreditch and Brick Lane in 17 minutes via the Overground from St James St. Committed to the wellbeing of our guests using AirBnb's cleaning protocol guide to reassure all who stay. There is on street parking for which we charge an additional £5 per day. Guest access You'll have the whole place to yourself; kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and one large reception room complete with wood burner for a cosy night in. There's Wifi and Sky/ Netflix etc all available along with loads of toys and books for kids. There is a south-facing courtyard garden and outdoor seating area to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail in the sunshine. Upstairs is a bathroom with large bath and shower and two bedrooms (single bunk beds, 1 x single/ double pull out bed for children/ adults). In the loft, there is a walk-in shower and a calm peaceful double bedroom complete with parquet floor. Other things to note The house is well equipped for a family (loads of books, toys and games) and there is a high chair and travel cot available if you let us know you need one. There isn't a stairgate nor are there safety catches on the cupboard doors etc so just something to be aware of when here with little ones.
