Registration TR-CC-00432 The space The Place This charming house, built on one floor and decorated with great affection, has an entrance hall with a desk, a large traditional kitchen with a dining area and a table for 8 people, a large living room with a fireplace and garden views, a double bedroom with a 135 cm bed and a loft with a mattress, another bedroom with a 135 cm double bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The garden surrounding the house is notable for its collection of antique roses and features a spring water pool, a fountain with another spring, pergolas and shaded areas with tables for 16 diners, armchairs and chairs. The house is very quiet since it is located within an ecological farm dedicated to raising cattle, of the beautiful and docile Cachena breed, donkeys and chickens. Its meadows, olive groves and forests of oaks, chestnuts, cork oaks, are located on the banks of the Garganta Naval River, which crosses the property. Guest access The 10-hectare estate is available for the house guests to walk around and enjoy. Other things to note The San Julián del Naval house is autonomous and has spring water and solar energy, these resources are exhaustible and reasonable use must be made of them.
