PLAZA CAVANA APARTMENTS POOL & BALCONY & SEAVIEWS

The property with 8 apartments is built over 3 floors with 2 floors of accommodation and the top floor being dedicated to a very large, roof terrace with pool, for the exclusive use of our guests. There is lift access from the entrance to all of the apartments and the terrace. The roof terrace offers superb views to the sea, mountains and views down to Plaza Cavana, connecting to the famous Balcon de Europa. There are tables and chairs available to sit and relax in, sun loungers. The space The apartment is very spacious and is fully equipped with quality fittings and furnishings. There is a small kitchen area, a good size lounge und bedroom ( with double bed or twin beds, subject to availability)area and a modern, separate bathroom. Apartment is on the second floor and faces Mediterranean Sea with a juliet balcony and a large windows to sit besides and enjoy the view on the sea. It has a double sofa bed for the 3rd and 4 th guest, double bed/ twin beds( based on availability) Guest access The normal check-in time is after 14:30in the afternoon and the apartment should be cleared on chechout day by 10:00 in the morning. For late arrivals we have several key safes directly at the apartment and will communicate the details in time before arrival.
