Amiens is an unknown water city, full of charm and culture, where nature is preserved. For the summer, quiet fans are available. The large bedroom located on the second floor has an air conditioner to sleep in the cool, in the event of a heat wave. The equipment of the house is of high quality and modern. The decoration made by me with my own objects and according to my tastes is personal, warm and designer at the same time. For babies 😘 there are two travel cribs with extra mattresses, as well as a small bathtub and a high chair. The coffee maker is a Philips Senseo. There are a few pods on site. You can bring some for unlimited espresso 🤗 Bakery and supermarket are within walking distance. There are two floors with stairs inside (quite narrow) and outside... so you have to take care to watch the children and be careful to avoid falls. The house is in town on a large boulevard. It is well insulated but if you are sensitive to noise, to sleep well in the morning, provide protection. (Some are provided in the first aid kit). Leave the house reasonably clean and tidy upon checkout to limit cleaning fees. For your complete information: The house is old (about 120 years old). Some things that make the character of this place are original and therefore not new... some broken cement tiles, sometimes irregular plaster, there are slight aesthetic cracks, deformations... Guest access I prepare 1 to 3 bedrooms for you as well as extra beds depending on the number of guests. Beyond a maximum of 6 adults, additional children can be accommodated on request with an additional charge of €7/night. Some supplies are provided to accompany your arrival (toilet paper, laundry, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, oil, pepper and salt). For the rest of the stay, it is up to you to stock up. There's a small supermarket at the end of the street. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE, NOT EVEN AT THE WINDOW. ANY TOBACCO ODOR WILL BE CHARGED AT ONE HOUR OF CLEANING, I.E. €12/ROOM TO BE DECONTAMINATED.
