Guest access Please note - ▪️ This property is only accessed via steep steps. Other things to note ▪️The windows facing the street have secondary glazing to help reduce noise from the city life. Some sounds may still be audible - however, most guests find it does not affect their stay. ▪️NO PARKING. However, there's plenty of public parking close by if required. We would recommend Rose Lane Multi Storey Car Park, which is around a 8-10 min walk away. If arriving by car you can park outside the property on Castle Market Street for a few minutes whilst you unload. (check for traffic wardens as it is permit/pay and display parking -------- • Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit of £250 is required before your stay. (NOTE: If you booked via Airbnb or other platform, this deposit does not apply) • Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in. • Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change. • Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition. • Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
