Villa Aux Dunes

This house is located in the GOLDEN TRIANGLE of Brétignolles-sur-Mer. Access to Les Dunes beach is a 100 m walk away, shops and the city center are a 5-minute drive away. The beach is supervised in summer and a surf area is marked off as well as a kitesurf area further south (10 min walk). There is a sailing school at Normandelière beach, 5-10 minutes' walk away. This place is ideal for vacations for families or groups of friends. Please be mindful of noise to respect neighbors The space Sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 80*200 (possibility of bringing the beds closer together to make a double bed) 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90*200 and 1 single bed 80*200 1 bedroom with 1 single bed Baby cot & high chair available on request Beds are made upon arrival (we provide bed sheets and duvets are ready) and towels are also provided Beach towels are not provided You are asked to strip the beds when you leave by putting the dirty sheets in the bathtub as well as the towels Guest access To the whole house and the garden which is enclosed (600 m²) We provide a ping pong table as well as some outdoor games and also board games for indoors. We also provide books. The Internet box is a Freebox. Fiber was just installed in April 2023 and a new TV as well. Other things to note Parking cars on the property is forbidden (except vintage cars!). it's because there are drain pipes shallowly buried and you risk breaking them when bringing the car in, you would then be responsible for the damage caused and the potential loss of rental income that follows you
