COCCA is a small holiday home ideal for short and long stays for all periods of the year. It was born from an idea to make more complete our company that has been dealing with catering for years, which with professionalism and dedication has become an important reality in the Horeca sector. So we decided to take a step forward by also dedicating ourselves to the hospitality and permanence of our guests,pampering them fully. The space It has been studied and built with care and attention to detail, harmoniously combining natural and typical elements of our area with objects of comfort and design. It is a new house that was born in 2019 after 2 years of work. As soon as you arrive you will notice the characteristic vaults and barrel in marine tuff that beautifully combine the sober white furnishings and the warm parquet. The kitchen has been made to measure, with modern induction hob and with all the appliances(dishwasher,fridge,oven). The relaxing space with sofa(which if necessary becomes a bed),TV and a very special bioethanol fireplace for the coldest evenings. The sleeping area is on the upper floor accessible by an internal staircase.
