This magnificent portion of the house enjoys a magnificent strong point: A terrace overlooking the waters of Lake Lugano, which you can use for relaxing breakfasts, romantic dinners and sunbathing. Other things to note Guests are asked not to leave garbage in the house on the day of their departure, but to dispose of it independently. In case of failure to dispose of the garbage, we will apply a penalty for disposal of €15.00. Guests are advised that in the cold months (10.15-4.15) an extra cost of €20.00 per night will be applied for heating.
