The space Our house is spacious, comfy and cozy. Kitchen and dinning areas are welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and diningware, so whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or hosting a special dinner, you'll have what you need. House has central AC with 3 different controllers and each bedroom has ceiling fan. Its fits two small cars or medium size camper. We have security cameras on the property, which are external and monitoring only entrance doors. If you are planning to have event at our home, please read following first: Theoretically yes we are allowing family and friends gathering. Life would not be fun and interesting without celebrations! Maximum number of people can be at the same time in living/kitchen areas is 10. There are only 8 sleeping spaces. Our permission depends from your answers to the following questions: Which type of gathering? How many people? Is anyone from your group under the age of 21? Is any kind of smoking will be involved? What is your ethics toward someone’s else property? Basically we need assurances that you will leave property in the same condition you found it, and our neighbors will not complain about noise or smell.
