Description

Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Shared terrace with fireplace grill can be used by arrangement. Play options: table tennis and trampoline The space In a small space (about 20 m 2), the apartment offers everything you could ever need. There is good transport access (tram, train, bus, highway). A few minutes away (on foot), there are supermarkets, small shops, a park, playgrounds, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, bars... We have a very open-minded house community and are all friendly with each other. Guest access Community terrace with fireplace grill, play facilities (table tennis, tree house, trampoline, swings) Other things to note Dresden and the surrounding area offer many possibilities - if you are interested, we will gladly give you tips...
