Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Shared terrace with fireplace grill can be used by arrangement. Play options: table tennis and trampoline The space In a small space (about 20 m 2), the apartment offers everything you could ever need. There is good transport access (tram, train, bus, highway). A few minutes away (on foot), there are supermarkets, small shops, a park, playgrounds, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, bars... We have a very open-minded house community and are all friendly with each other.
