Whether you are with your family or friends, planning to travel to Tagaytay and see the famous landmarks; then we have the best place for you to lodge at! Our place is the perfect drop-off for wedding entourage; a place to stay near Tagaytay if you are attending conventions, business meetings, seminars, and the like; visiting places in Tagaytay like Sky Ranch, Picnic Grove, Paradizoo or People’s Park in the Sky, eating on famous restaurants overlooking the scenic Taal Volcano or just simply wanting to have a staycation / or a place to retreat from a busy week drinking a warm cup of chocolate or coffee while enjoying the cool weather (Tagaytay weather) at the veranda or lanai. Our home is at Tagaytay-Santa Rosa Road inside the Italian inspired Verona Suntrust Silang subdivision. When inside Verona, it is right in front of the community amenities (clubhouse). We offer you the following features of our home: - 1 living room - 1 family area (1 double floor mattress can be placed) - 55 in Smart TV - Netflix and GMA affordabox - Mini component with Bluetooth connection capability - 4 bedrooms (3 air-conditioned rooms + electric fans) - 2 full bathrooms with hot water shower - 1 powder room - Kitchen with cookware, microwave, and refrigerator - Dining area with complete utensils - Garden area - Lanai with seating area - Veranda with seating area - Garage (1 car garage with street parking allowed) - swimming pool (with fee) and basketball court access Guest access Guests have accesses on the whole house except for the master bedroom full bath. Subdivision clubhouse is available for rent from the subdivision Admin but has to be arranged ahead for approval. Swimming pool is available at the clubhouse which is 2 minutes walk from our house at a minimal fee per guest per day except Mondays. Pool is open at 8am to 5 pm. Other things to note Our home is strictly a no smoking and vaping area. Pets allowed with some conditions to follow and with a fee. House rules are also provided with expectations for guests to follow. For a precaution: The back portion of the house ground level has a lower elevation than our home’s ground level. Guests needs to be careful when using the back patio or when just walking at the back.
