The space The Villa is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 11 people with large and bright spaces in a country chic style, embellished with designer furnishings, designer furniture by Cassina, perfect for relaxing near the fireplace. On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto the large living room with a pool view and the dining room, with a designer fireplace as the heart of the house, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob. Also on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and the billiard room. Upstairs is the sleeping area with a master bedroom with a private bathroom and two other double bedrooms, completed by two other bathrooms. A living room on an intermediate floor, with a sofa bed and fireplace, overlooks the pool and invites you to enjoy the quiet and the view. Park and swimming pool: The 20,000-square-meter private park surrounds the villa and creates an oasis of absolute privacy, with flat areas equipped to experience the outdoors in full comfort. Among the internal paths, panoramic views open up, with small details to be discovered such as an ancient stone fountain and some windows that allow you to see from one side of the villa to the other, have fun discovering which ones they are. The recently built panoramic pool dominates the scene: at sunset the light illuminates the mountains and makes the atmosphere truly special.
