Serene lakefront cottage with breathtaking views! This cottage fronts on the East side & faces West for a mesmerizing sunrise & sunset. A few steps to the lake for a dip in the lake, sun bathing, paddle boarding (4 paddle boards) or a stroll up Innisfil Beach Park for a walk. An outdoor fire pit, sauna and hot tub awaits you at to relax and loosen up those muscles & release tension. A wonderful experience awaits you! The space The open concept floor plan with 20 Ft + vaulted cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling windows is an experience all on it's own! It exudes a feeling of comfort and relaxation bringing all your friends and family together. Kick back and watch Netflix or Youtube on TV or sit at the breakfast bar sipping on a glass of wine/coffee while the iron chef is preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner in the open concept kitchen. The dining table is extendable for extra seating. For your baby, there is a 3-in-1 mini portable crib and a 4-in-1 convertible high chair. For older folks with leg or back pain, the 3rd bedroom is on the main floor with a Queen over queen bunk bed and a 3 piece bathroom (sink, toilet and walk-in shower) right next to it, just like a bungalow. Bring your parents and spoil them for a memorable relaxing experience they won't forget and will thank you for. Let them enjoy the beach life, hot tub and sauna because they deserve it! The primary bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a Queen bed and love seat. The second bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a Queen over queen bunk bed. Guest access *They will have access to all areas of the property. *Please make sure you use the recycling and garbage bins appropriately to avoid an additional charges. Other things to note Please be aware that all the homes in this community have sump pumps to prevent flooding as we are located near the lake. They are active and make some noise when Mother Nature is wet/rainy outside or thawing during shoulder season.
